以8个玉米自交系作为亲本,按不完全双列杂交组配成15个杂交组合。对其F1代5个主要农艺性状进行配合力分析。通过分析比较后,初步筛选出强优势组合克99和民99,其在穗重、百粒重主要性状的SCA效应值都较高,杂种优势强。从总配合力效应的数据中筛选出比较有利用价值的4个自交系,分别为克99、民99、L0208和民199。

Using 8 maize inbred lines for parents ,the combining ability of five main agronomic traits of 15 F 1 generations from incomplete diallel cross were analyzed for combining ability. The results showed that the combinations of strong advantages were Ke 99 and Min 99 ,and the effect value of SCA were higher for the weight of ear and and 100-seed weight. Ke 99 ,Min 99,L0208 and Min 199 four inbred lines that had utilization value were screened out from the total combining ability.
