采用超声-微波协同萃取技术,利用单因素试验研究了不同提取时间、溶剂浓度、提取功率、料液比对荷叶黄酮的提取效果,然后在单因素试验的基础上利用正交试验优化得到了荷叶黄酮最佳的提取条件:料液比1i45,提取时间135s,微波功率225W,超声功率50W,乙醇浓度35%,在此条件下荷叶黄酮的提取结果为1.83g/100g。

Lotus leaves flavonoids extraction was studied by ultrasound-microwave synergistic extraction tech-nique.Single factor experiments were conducted to study the etraction effect of different concentration ,power, time,ratio of material and liquid,and then optimized conditions was further stuied and gain: ratio of solid and liquid 1∶45,microwave power 200W,ultrasound power 50W,ethanol concentration 40%,extraction time 105s,using the orthogonal design on the basis of single factor tests.The result was 9.66g/100g under the conditions.
