Combined with the current situation and social needs ,the shortcomings of food quality and safety professional experiment were analyzed,and the informatization reform methods of experiment were put forward.The transformation of education aim of experiment informatization was that to provide some supports on the theory and practice experiences by setting up a new pattern subject with high-technology and well-practicability.
