以云南省临沧市典型边境县---镇康县为例，全面总结了该县动物疫病监测工作的现状，深刻调查了动物疫病监测工作存在的问题和不足，深入分析了问题产生的原因；并结合当前边境地区重大动物疫病防控工作面临的严峻性实际，提出了应采取的对策，以期为边境地区动物疫病监测提供参考。
以雲南省臨滄市典型邊境縣---鎮康縣為例，全麵總結瞭該縣動物疫病鑑測工作的現狀，深刻調查瞭動物疫病鑑測工作存在的問題和不足，深入分析瞭問題產生的原因；併結閤噹前邊境地區重大動物疫病防控工作麵臨的嚴峻性實際，提齣瞭應採取的對策，以期為邊境地區動物疫病鑑測提供參攷。

Taking the Zhenkang County which is the typical border county for example ,status of animal epidemic monitoring in border regions was summarized,the existing problems and the insufficiency of animal disease monitoring were deeply investigated.The causes of the problems were analyzed.Combined with the severity current of the major animal disease prevention and control work in the border area ,countermeasures were put forward so as to provide the reference for the animal epidemic monitoring in border regions.
