研究了不同扦插部位、不同基质配比对垂盆草扦插苗生长的影响,结果表明:茎上部作插穗繁殖的植株,无论生长势、株高、根长、叶片数和节数明显高于用茎中部和茎基部;在蛭石、珍珠岩和草炭配比为1∶1∶2的混合基质中扦插苗生长势强,株高、根长、叶片数和节数明显高于其他2种配比基质中扦插的植株。
研究瞭不同扢插部位、不同基質配比對垂盆草扢插苗生長的影響,結果錶明:莖上部作插穗繁殖的植株,無論生長勢、株高、根長、葉片數和節數明顯高于用莖中部和莖基部;在蛭石、珍珠巖和草炭配比為1∶1∶2的混閤基質中扢插苗生長勢彊,株高、根長、葉片數和節數明顯高于其他2種配比基質中扢插的植株。
연구료불동천삽부위、불동기질배비대수분초천삽묘생장적영향,결과표명:경상부작삽수번식적식주,무론생장세、주고、근장、협편수화절수명현고우용경중부화경기부;재질석、진주암화초탄배비위1∶1∶2적혼합기질중천삽묘생장세강,주고、근장、협편수화절수명현고우기타2충배비기질중천삽적식주。
The effects of different cutting parts and the different matrix compositions for the cutting propaga-tion Sedum sarmentosum Bunge were studied.The results showed that the upper part of plant stem as cut-ting is the best.The plant height,root length,leaf number and the number of stem nodes were significantly higher than the central or base if using upper part of stem as cutting.The plant height,root length,leaf number and the number of stem nodes were highest if the cutting growed in the matrix mixed with a ratio of 1∶1∶2 with vermiculite,perlite and peatmoss.
