采用KI-MIBK萃取火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤中铅。测定波长为217.0,通带宽度0.5nm,灯电流为75%,检出限为0.5 mg/kg,说明该方法适用于测定含铅量较低的土壤。

Lead concentration in soil was determined by the KI-MIBK extraction flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry at wavelength of 217.0 nm,passband width of 0.5nm,and lamp current of 75%,respective-ly.The detection limit was 0.5mg/kg.The results indicated that the method was available for the analysis in the low concentration of lead in soil.
