探讨了黄花草木樨总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。采用纯物理的提取工艺提取黄花草木樨黄酮类物质,并用理化实验鉴别黄酮和分光光度法测定含量,结果表明,黄花草木樨中含有丰富的黄酮类物质,含量测定结果为1.44%,具有广泛的开发和利用价值。

This paper discussed the extraction and identification methods of total flavonoids from Melilotus. Purely physical process flow was used to extract flavonoids in Melilotus, and physics and chemistry experiments were used to identify, and the content was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that Melilotus contained abundant flavonoids and the contents of the total flavone was 1.44%. Flavonoids in Melilotus have great value for development and broad application prospects.
