本实验建立了测定饲料中苯丙酸诺龙含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。5.0 g饲料样品经叔丁基甲醚提取后,旋转蒸发至干,5 mL甲醇复溶,冷冻净化除脂后进行HPLC检测分析。以乙腈-水为流动相,采用反相高效液相色谱-紫外检测法进行测定,检测波长为241 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果表明:此条件下,苯丙酸诺龙的线性范围是0.1~25.0 mg/L,回收率为92.3%~101%,方法的检测限为0.1 mg/kg,定量限为0.5 mg/kg。

본실험건립료측정사료중분병산낙룡함량적고효액상색보검측방법。5.0 g사료양품경숙정기갑미제취후,선전증발지간,5 mL갑순복용,냉동정화제지후진행HPLC검측분석。이을정-수위류동상,채용반상고효액상색보-자외검측법진행측정,검측파장위241 nm,류속위1.0 mL/min。결과표명:차조건하,분병산낙룡적선성범위시0.1~25.0 mg/L,회수솔위92.3%~101%,방법적검측한위0.1 mg/kg,정량한위0.5 mg/kg。
This experiment was conducted to study the method for determination of Nandrolone Phenylpropionate in feedstuff by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method.5.0 g feedstuff were chosen and extracted by tert-Butylmethyl ether,evaporated and dissolved with 5 mL methanol,then detected by HPLC.The determination conditions were as follows:1.0 mL/min of flow rate,UV detection wavelength under 241 nm,mobile phase by acetonitrile and water. The results showed that the linearity range was 0.1~25.0mg/L,recovery rate was between 92.3%~101%,the limit of de-tection(LOD)was 0.1 mg/kg and the limit of quantitation(LOQ)was 0.5mg/kg.
