为研究富硒酵母对蛋鸡全血硒含量、雌二醇(E2)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,本试验选用300羽蛋鸡,随机均分成3组;对照组饲以基础日粮,富硒酵母组和亚硒酸钠组分别饲以添加0.2 mg/kg富硒酵母和亚硒酸钠的试验日粮。试验期35 d。于试验14 d和35 d,采集血液测定全血硒含量、血浆雌二醇水平和SOD酶活性;于试验35 d,采取肝脏和肾脏组织测定SOD酶活性。结果表明:在14 d和35 d时,富硒酵母组、亚硒酸钠组蛋鸡的全血硒含量分别较对照组提高21.74%、36.23%(P<0.05)和22.92%、47.92%(P<0.05);而富硒酵母组蛋鸡全血硒含量分别较亚硒酸钠组低10.64%和16.90%(P<0.05)。在14 d和35 d时,富硒酵母组、亚硒酸钠组和对照组间蛋鸡血浆E2含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。在14 d时,富硒酵母组、亚硒酸钠组和对照组间蛋鸡的血浆SOD酶活力无显著差异(P >0.05);在35 d时,富硒酵母组和亚硒酸钠组蛋鸡血浆SOD酶活力分别较对照组提高36.01%和32.87%(P<0.01);富硒酵母组蛋鸡血浆SOD酶活力较亚硒酸钠组提高2.37%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。富硒酵母组、亚硒酸钠组蛋鸡的肝脏和肾脏SOD酶活力分别较对照组提高8.65%、15.91%(P<0.01)和42.89%、37.17%(P<0.01),而富硒酵母组蛋鸡的肝脏、肾脏SOD酶活力与亚硒酸钠组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。

The experiment was conducted to determine the effects of selenized yeast on blood selenium contents , estradiol levels and superoxide dismutase activities in hens.Three hundred laying hens were randomly assigned into three dietary treatment groups(one hundred hens per group)for a 5 weeks study,which were fed basal diets,basal diets supple-mented with 0.20 mg/kg selenium from selenized yeast or sodium selenite,respectively.Blood samples were collected at day 14 and 35 and tissue samples were collected at the last day of experiment termination.Blood selenium contents ,serum estradiol levels,serum and tissue superoxide dismutase (SOD)activities were analyzed.The results showed that:at day 14 and 35,whole blood selenium contents of selenized yeast group and sodium selenite group were 21.74%,36.23% and 22.92%,47.92%higher than that of control group(P<0.05),respectively.While the whole blood selenium contents of sel-enized yeast group were 10.64%and 16.90%lower than that of sodium selenite group at day 14 and 35 (P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in serum estradiol levels of hens among selenized yeast group,sodium selenite group and control group at day 14 and 35(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in serum SOD activities of hens among se-lenized yeast group,sodium selenite group and control group at day 14 (P>0.05).At day 35,serum SOD activities of sel-enized yeast group and sodium selenite group were 36.01%and 32.87%higher than that of control group(P<0.01),how-ever,serum SOD activities of selenized yeast group were 2.37% higher than that of sodium selenite group (P > 0.05).The SOD activities of liver and kidney of selenized yeast group and sodium selenite group were 8.65%,15.19% and 42.89%, 37.17%higher than that of control group(P<0.01),respectively.However,there was no significant differences in SOD ac-tivities of liver and kidney between selenized yeast group and sodium selenite group(P>0.05).
