为研究β-甘露聚糖酶对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫功能的影响,本试验选择72头体重为(7.12±0.32)kg“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,分为3个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组饲喂基础日粮+0.4%β-甘露聚糖酶,试验2组饲喂基础日粮+250 mg/kg 4%黄霉素。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验1组能显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重3.52%(P<0.05),显著降低饲料增重比10.4%(P<0.05),各生长性能指标与试验2组无显著差异;与试验2组相比,试验1组断奶仔猪猪瘟抗体阻断率显著提高(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮添加β-甘露聚糖酶有利于改善仔猪免疫功能,提高生长性能。

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of β-mannase on growth performance and im-mune function of weaned piglets.Seventy-two weaned piglets weighted (7.12 ± 0.32)kg were randomly divided into three groups with four replicates of six piglets each.The three groups were fed with basal diet,basal diet+0.4%β-mannase,and basal diet+250 mg/kg 4%flavomycin,respectively.The results showed that:compared with the basal diet group,β-mannase group significantly increased the average daily gain(ADG)(P<0.05),whereas decreased the feed to gain ratio(F/G)consid-erably (P<0.05).The difference of growth performance betweenβ-mannase group and flavomycin group was insignificant. Compared with the flavomycin group,β-mannase could significantly increase the swine fever antibody blocking rate (P <0.05).The results indicated thatβ-mannase could improve immune function and growth performance of weaned piglets.
