以根肿菌侵染的茎瘤芥(榨菜)为试材,采用高效液相色谱法研究了根肿菌侵染对茎瘤芥内源激素含量的影响。结果表明:根肿菌侵染后茎瘤芥根系玉米素(ZT)含量和吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量均明显升高,ZT含量呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,45~60d时远高于健康植株,其峰值出现在第50天,约为健康植株根系ZT含量的3倍;IAA含量则在55d后开始升高,其峰值出现在第70天,约为健康植株根系IAA含量的4倍;侵染后第85天,发病植株根系ZT含量和IAA含量均下降至与健康植株相近。
以根腫菌侵染的莖瘤芥(榨菜)為試材,採用高效液相色譜法研究瞭根腫菌侵染對莖瘤芥內源激素含量的影響。結果錶明:根腫菌侵染後莖瘤芥根繫玉米素(ZT)含量和吲哚乙痠(IAA)含量均明顯升高,ZT含量呈先升高後降低的變化趨勢,45~60d時遠高于健康植株,其峰值齣現在第50天,約為健康植株根繫ZT含量的3倍;IAA含量則在55d後開始升高,其峰值齣現在第70天,約為健康植株根繫IAA含量的4倍;侵染後第85天,髮病植株根繫ZT含量和IAA含量均下降至與健康植株相近。

The mustard roots infected by Plasmodiophora brassicae were taken as test material.The effect of Plasmodiophora brassicae infection on IAA and ZT contents were measured by HPLC.The result indicated that the IAA and ZT contents increased obviously after Plasmodiophora brassicae infection.The ZT contents showed the changing tendency of first rising then falling.Between 45-60 days,it was much higher than that in the healthy plant,and reached its peak about 3 times in the healthy plant at day 50.The IAA content started to rise after 55 days and reached its peak about 4 times in the healthy plant by day 70.And 85 days after infection,both IAA and ZT contents all reduced to the same level as the healthy plant.
