企业家作为一种重要的生产要素，其规模的大小、素质的高低，决定着一个区域的综合竞争力水平。由于对企业家成长与发展的重视程度不高，云南企业家的产生与成长都处在一种机制不健全的状态。基于调查问卷揭示的问题，从企业家产生及成长的任用机制、激励机制、约束机制及宏观环境四个方面提出了对策建议，即：发展企业家人才市场、健全企业家分配方式、加强企业内部监督、改善投资环境，旨在营造有利于企业家成长的良好环境，壮大云南企业家队伍。
企業傢作為一種重要的生產要素，其規模的大小、素質的高低，決定著一箇區域的綜閤競爭力水平。由于對企業傢成長與髮展的重視程度不高，雲南企業傢的產生與成長都處在一種機製不健全的狀態。基于調查問捲揭示的問題，從企業傢產生及成長的任用機製、激勵機製、約束機製及宏觀環境四箇方麵提齣瞭對策建議，即：髮展企業傢人纔市場、健全企業傢分配方式、加彊企業內部鑑督、改善投資環境，旨在營造有利于企業傢成長的良好環境，壯大雲南企業傢隊伍。
기업가작위일충중요적생산요소，기규모적대소、소질적고저，결정착일개구역적종합경쟁력수평。유우대기업가성장여발전적중시정도불고，운남기업가적산생여성장도처재일충궤제불건전적상태。기우조사문권게시적문제，종기업가산생급성장적임용궤제、격려궤제、약속궤제급굉관배경사개방면제출료대책건의，즉：발전기업가인재시장、건전기업가분배방식、가강기업내부감독、개선투자배경，지재영조유리우기업가성장적량호배경，장대운남기업가대오。
As an important production factor,entrepreneurs as well as their number and competence determine the comprehen-sive competitiveness of a region.Due to inadequate attentions paid to their growth and development,entrepreneurs have long been living with an unsound mechanism in Yunnan.Based on the survey,from four perspectives of entrepreneurs′generation and cultivation mechanism,incentive mechanism,regulation mechanism,and the macro environment,this paper proposes the follow-ing strategic measures:cultivating the talent fair of entrepreneurs,establishing reliable redistribution modes for entrepreneurs, enhancing internal supervision,and improving investment environment.Thus,entrepreneurship may be encouraged and the po-tential for further expansion may be possible.
