针对当前我国高校辅导员工作的现实困境，采用理论结合实际的方法，将中国共产党的群众路线运用到我国高校辅导员的教育实践活动中，通过进驻学生公寓、深入学生课堂、贯彻学生家访、强化学生谈心、建立学生工作干部联系班级制度、完善学生事务沟通交流机制等途径，建立高校辅导员群众路线教育实践活动的长效机制。

In view of the problem in college counselors’education practice in China, theo-ries and practice were combined to study the application of Party’ mass line to university counselors’ education practice. A long-term mechanism of university counselors’mass line education practice is established by visiting student apartments, classes and homes, talking to students, building the relation between student leaders and classes and perfecting stu-dent affairs communication mechanism.
