学生就业是高职院校学生综合职业能力的表现。本文就我国高职院校电子商务专业学生对口就业的现状入手，分析了电子商务专业与学生就业企业专业对口成功率不高，现实中企业参与积极性不高，提出了问题解决的对策，就如何进行产学研、高职院校电子商务人才培养适合企业要求模式改革，怎样进行产学研一体化，促进校企之间的深度融合，培养更加适应市场经济环境下电子商务企业需求的实用型、技能型专业人才进行了探讨。
