随着信息全球化的到来与计算机网络的快速发展，人们获取知识的途径不再仅仅限于书本，当代兴起了一种以电子技术为依托，以信息技术为基础的数字图书馆。数字图书馆信息流通的广泛性、查看信息的方便性对知识的分享和获取提供了很大便利，但是数字图书馆建设中却屡屡发现知识被修改、复制等知识产权被侵犯的问题。为了给广大群众提供一个和谐、安全的数字图书馆环境，在数字图书馆建设过程中很多建设者都对知识产权的保护加以重视。本文从数字图书馆和谐化建设目标和数字图书馆的服务性质出发，基于知识产权保护问题在数字图书馆建设中剖析，探讨数字图书馆建设中的知识产权保护问题。

With the rapid development of computer network information coming and globalization, the way that people obtain knowledge is no longer just limited to books, the rise of a electronic technology, the digital library based on information technology. Convenient information flow of digital library wide, viewing information to knowledge share and access to provide great convenience, but in the construction of the digital library has repeatedly found that knowledge is modified, copied, infringing intellectual property rights problem. In order to give the masses to provide a digital library and harmonious, safe environment, in the process of constructing digital library many builders have the protection of intellectual property of attention. In this paper the nature of the service from the digital library harmonious construction target and digital library, intellectual property protection in the construction of Digital Library based on the analysis, to explore the issues of intellectual property protection in the construction of digital library.
