目的:探讨采用案例式PBL教学法在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:把我校2010级、2009级本科护理专业学生随机分为实验组、对照组,实验组采用案例式PBL教学法,对照组采用常规课堂讲授。课程完全结束后,对两组进行理论考试和问卷调查对学生进行考核和调查,分析两组学生的理论知识掌握情况及学生对课程的兴趣和学习能力,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果:两组对比实验组明显由于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:案例式PBL教学法有助于提高学生的学习能力和学习兴趣,值得在教学中推广应用。

목적:탐토채용안례식PBL교학법재내과호리교학중적응용효과。방법:파아교2010급、2009급본과호리전업학생수궤분위실험조、대조조,실험조채용안례식PBL교학법,대조조채용상규과당강수。과정완전결속후,대량조진행이론고시화문권조사대학생진행고핵화조사,분석량조학생적이론지식장악정황급학생대과정적흥취화학습능력,병장결과진행통계학분석。결과:량조대비실험조명현유우대조조(p<0.05)。결론:안례식PBL교학법유조우제고학생적학습능력화학습흥취,치득재교학중추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in the case of nursing teaching in department of internal medicine. Methods:the school level 2010, level 2009 undergraduate nursing students are randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group uses the case PBL teaching method, the control group using conventional classroom teaching. After the end of course, to survey on the theory test and questionnaire assessment, to analyze the students interest and learning ability and to grasp the theoretical knowledge of the two groups of students, and the results are analyzed with statistics. Results:experimental group is better than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:the case PBL teaching method is helpful to improve the students' learning ability and learning interest, it is worthy of popularization and application in teaching.
