从三亚市大东海分离出1株有较强溶藻活性的细菌，命名为L -D1，并对该菌株进行形态和生理生化鉴定。L -D1的菌悬液对中肋骨条藻的生长有很强的抑制作用。试验发现，L -D1是通过直接和间接的方式共同作用影响中肋骨条藻的生长的；L -D1的溶藻效果在温度为25℃时优于其他温度，盐度为20‰时优于其他盐度，全黑暗条件下的溶藻效果优于其他光照条件下的。
종삼아시대동해분리출1주유교강용조활성적세균，명명위L -D1，병대해균주진행형태화생리생화감정。L -D1적균현액대중륵골조조적생장유흔강적억제작용。시험발현，L -D1시통과직접화간접적방식공동작용영향중륵골조조적생장적；L -D1적용조효과재온도위25℃시우우기타온도，염도위20‰시우우기타염도，전흑암조건하적용조효과우우기타광조조건하적。
A strain of marine algae -lysing bacteria designated as L -D1 was isolated from Dadonghai in Sanya of China .According to the studies the strain L -D1 could effectively dissolve Skeletonema costatum and lysed algae by drect and inderect ways .The inhibitory effect of chlorophyll a of Skele-tonema costatum was better than other grades when temperature was 25 ℃ .And the optimal salinity of algae-lysing is 20 .In the dark condition ,L -D1 was more inhibited on the chlorophylla content of alg ae .
