随着我国高职教育规模的不断壮大，教学内容与社会实际严重脱钩、人才培养与市场需求存在偏差等问题日益严重。为提高教学质量，培养能力型技术人才，就需要改革教学模式。引入以工作过程为导向的职业教育理念，介绍如何将基于工作过程的教学模式应用在Java程序设计课程中。

As the scale of Higher Vocational Education in China has grown, the teaching content and the social reality does not match, personnel training and market demand exists deviation,and these problems are becoming more and more serious. In order to improve the quality of teaching, training technical personnel, we need to reform the teaching model. The occupation educa-tion oriented by the working process, describes how to apply the teaching mode based on working process to the Java program-ming course.
