试验以含碱性金属离子的海带渣为原料进行蔬菜碱性有机栽培基质的制备,并通过辣椒种子的发芽与栽培试验来证明其作为蔬菜碱性有机栽培基质的可行性。试验结果表明,砂土与发酵后海带渣的比例为6∶1(干质量比)较为适宜,此比例配制的栽培基质,不仅能提前辣椒的出苗时间,提高发芽率,抑制猝倒病的发生,并且能最大程度地利用海带渣废弃物资源。因此,以海带渣作为蔬菜碱性有机栽培基质或者作为酸性土壤的调节基质在农业生产中具有一定的应用前景。
試驗以含堿性金屬離子的海帶渣為原料進行蔬菜堿性有機栽培基質的製備,併通過辣椒種子的髮芽與栽培試驗來證明其作為蔬菜堿性有機栽培基質的可行性。試驗結果錶明,砂土與髮酵後海帶渣的比例為6∶1(榦質量比)較為適宜,此比例配製的栽培基質,不僅能提前辣椒的齣苗時間,提高髮芽率,抑製猝倒病的髮生,併且能最大程度地利用海帶渣廢棄物資源。因此,以海帶渣作為蔬菜堿性有機栽培基質或者作為痠性土壤的調節基質在農業生產中具有一定的應用前景。

We used the kelp residue with a large amount of alkaline metal ions in this study to prepare a kind of alkaline organic substrate for vegetable, and studied its feasibility by investigate the seed germination rate and growth situation of pepper. The results showed that, the appropriate organic substrate was soil∶fermented kelp residue=6∶1 (dry weight ratio), and the organic cultivation substrate could not only make the pepper emergence time earlier and germination rate higher, inhibit the occurrence of damping-off disease, but also made use of the waste resource kelp residue furthest. So kelp residue could be used as alkaline organic substrate medium or acidic soil modifier in agricultural production.
