Gongliuxiao granules%matrine%TLCS%quantitative analysis
目的:用薄层扫描法测定宫瘤消颗粒剂中苦参碱的含量。方法:以苯-丙酮-甲醇(6∶4∶0.5)为展开剂,在硅胶G薄层板上分离苦参碱,以改良碘化铋钾为显色剂,采用双波长反射锯齿扫描测定其含量,最大吸收波长λS510nm,参比波长λR650nm。结果:线性范围1.5~5.5μg,r=0.9985,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=2.51%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为宫瘤消颗粒剂的质量控制手段。

목적:용박층소묘법측정궁류소과립제중고삼감적함량。방법:이분-병동-갑순(6∶4∶0.5)위전개제,재규효G박층판상분리고삼감,이개량전화필갑위현색제,채용쌍파장반사거치소묘측정기함량,최대흡수파장λS510nm,삼비파장λR650nm。결과:선성범위1.5~5.5μg,r=0.9985,평균회수솔위99.3%,RSD=2.51%。결론:해방법간편、준학,가작위궁류소과립제적질량공제수단。
A TLCS method for quantitating matrine in Gongliuxiao granules is described. Solvent system composed of benzene-acetone-methanol (6∶4∶0.5) is employed as developer, λS510nm. Colour developing agent is modified bismuth potassium iodide. Linear range of concentration 1.5~5.5μg, regression equation Y=5374X+6131.12,r=0.9991,average recovery 99.3%and RSD2.51%.The method is both simple and accurate,can be quantitative determination of Matrine in Gongliuxiao granules.
