目的：探讨综合护理干预对老年肾衰竭行血液透析患者的影响。方法：将我院近期收治的透析患者50例随机分为干预组（25例）和对照组（25），干预组给予血液透析室综合护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组患者的满意度。结果：干预组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对老年肾衰竭行血液透析患者实施综合护理干预能显著提高护理满意度，确保血液透析过程的顺利进行，值得推广。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대노년신쇠갈행혈액투석환자적영향。방법：장아원근기수치적투석환자50례수궤분위간예조（25례）화대조조（25），간예조급여혈액투석실종합호리간예，대조조급여상규호리，비교량조환자적만의도。결과：간예조환자적호리만의도현저고우대조조，량조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：대노년신쇠갈행혈액투석환자실시종합호리간예능현저제고호리만의도，학보혈액투석과정적순리진행，치득추엄。
Objective:To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention effects on elderly patients with kidney failure line of hemodialysis. Methods:Of dialysis patients admitted in our recent 50 cases, were randomly divided into intervention group(25cases) and control group (25), intervention group was given hemodialysis room comprehensive nursing intervention, control group given routine nursing care, compared two groups of patients' satisfaction. Results:Intervention group patients satisfaction with nursing care is significantly higher than the control group, compared two groups, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion:For elderly patients with kidney failure line hemodialysis implement comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve nursing satisfaction, to ensure that the blood dialysis process smoothly, is worth promoting.
