以绢云母和中间相炭微球(MCMB)作为混合阻燃剂,制备了水性膨胀型钢结构防火涂料,研究了MCMB对防火涂料耐火性能的影响.结果表明,MC-MB在防火涂料中有较好的分散性,在m (绢云母)∶m (MCMB)=3∶1时制备的防火涂料受热后的炭质层为结构致密且分布均匀的密闭孔洞,炭质层与钢板的粘结性好且强度高,能够有效地阻止热量传递,从而降低钢板升温速率,提高防火性能,受热4200 s 后的钢板背面温度维持在205℃.
以絹雲母和中間相炭微毬(MCMB)作為混閤阻燃劑,製備瞭水性膨脹型鋼結構防火塗料,研究瞭MCMB對防火塗料耐火性能的影響.結果錶明,MC-MB在防火塗料中有較好的分散性,在m (絹雲母)∶m (MCMB)=3∶1時製備的防火塗料受熱後的炭質層為結構緻密且分佈均勻的密閉孔洞,炭質層與鋼闆的粘結性好且彊度高,能夠有效地阻止熱量傳遞,從而降低鋼闆升溫速率,提高防火性能,受熱4200 s 後的鋼闆揹麵溫度維持在205℃.

In this study,an waterborne flame-retardant coating was prepared with mesocarbon microbeads (MC-MB),and the effect of the MCMB on the fireproof coating has been discussed.The results indicated that:the fire-retardant coating composed of MCMB has better dispersion in water.When the ratio of sericite/MCMB was 3∶1,the char layer with compact and well-distributed pores was formed.At the same time,the char structure showed good adhesive properties and was tough enough to protect the steel structure ,which effectively preven-ted heat transfer and thus reduced steel heating rate,improved the fire performance.And the steel structure reached 205 ℃ at 4 200 s.
