目的：探讨儿科实施优质护理服务的方法。方法：采取组织学习优质护理服务的相关知识，转变服务理念，优化服务流程，改变排班方式，营造温馨、舒适的环境，定期护理质量检查、患儿及家属满意度调查，外出进修学习人员回科举行汇报会，帮出院患儿办理相关手续等措施。结果：患儿及家属满意度从82％上升到99％，社会效益和经济效益显著提高。结论：通过优质护理服务的实施，明显提高了护理质量、患儿及家属满意度，增强了护士工作的积极性。
목적：탐토인과실시우질호리복무적방법。방법：채취조직학습우질호리복무적상관지식，전변복무이념，우화복무류정，개변배반방식，영조온형、서괄적배경，정기호리질량검사、환인급가속만의도조사，외출진수학습인원회과거행회보회，방출원환인판리상관수속등조시。결과：환인급가속만의도종82％상승도99％，사회효익화경제효익현저제고。결론：통과우질호리복무적실시，명현제고료호리질량、환인급가속만의도，증강료호사공작적적겁성。
Objective:Discussion the methods of pediatric's high quality nursing service .Methods:By learning relevant knowledge of quality care , changing the service concept , optimizing service processes , adjusting the scheduling , and creating a warm , comfortable envi-ronment, regularing nursing quality check , surveying the satisfaction of children and family , holding a briefing meeting for study staffs when they came back , helping children with discharge procedures , and so on.Results:The children and family's satisfaction rose from 82%to 99%, the social benefit and economic benefit were remarkably increased .Conclusion:Through the implementation of high quality nursing service , improved the quality of nursing , raised the children and family's satisfaction , enhanced the nurses'working enthusiasm .
