目的：探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2、9及其抑制因子TIMP-1、2在子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔液中的表达及意义。方法：收集37例EMs患者和25例对照组的血清及腹腔液标本，用ELISA法检测MMP-2、9及TIMP-1、2的水平。结果：EMs组血清和腹腔液中MMP-2、9的含量高于对照组（p＜0．05）；而TIMP-1、2的含量低于对照组（p＜0．05）。 EMs组Ⅲ～Ⅳ期血清和腹腔液中MMP-2、9的含量高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（p＜0．05）；而TIMP-1、2的含量低于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（p＜0．05）。结论：MMP-2、9及TIMP-1、2在EMs的发病中起着重要作用，检测血清及腹腔液中MMP-2、9及TIMP-1、2的水平对于EMs患者的诊断、疗效观察和预后判断有重要价值。
목적：탐토기질금속단백매MMP-2、9급기억제인자TIMP-1、2재자궁내막이위증환자혈청급복강액중적표체급의의。방법：수집37례EMs환자화25례대조조적혈청급복강액표본，용ELISA법검측MMP-2、9급TIMP-1、2적수평。결과：EMs조혈청화복강액중MMP-2、9적함량고우대조조（p＜0．05）；이TIMP-1、2적함량저우대조조（p＜0．05）。 EMs조Ⅲ～Ⅳ기혈청화복강액중MMP-2、9적함량고우Ⅰ～Ⅱ기（p＜0．05）；이TIMP-1、2적함량저우Ⅰ～Ⅱ기（p＜0．05）。결론：MMP-2、9급TIMP-1、2재EMs적발병중기착중요작용，검측혈청급복강액중MMP-2、9급TIMP-1、2적수평대우EMs환자적진단、료효관찰화예후판단유중요개치。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance and expression of matrix metalloproteinase -2,9(MMP-2,9) and tissue in-hibitor of metalloproteinase -1,2(TIMP-1,2) in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with endometriosis (EMs).Methods:We meas-ured the concentrations of MMP -2,9 and TIMP-1,2 in serum and peritoneal fluid of patients with EMs (n=37) and compared them with those in a control group(n=25),as assessed by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results:MMP-2,9 concentrations in serum and peritoneal fluid were higher in patients with EMs than those in the control group (p<0.05), while TIMP-1,2 concentra-tions in serum and peritoneal fluid were lower in patients with EMs than those in the control group (p<0.05).MMP-2,9 concentrations in serum and peritoneal fluid of stage ⅢorⅣwas higher than that of stageⅠorⅡ(p<0.05), TIMP-1,2 concentrations in serum and peritoneal fluid of stage Ⅲor Ⅳwas lower than that of stageⅠorⅡ(p<0.05).Conclusion:These results suggest that MMP -2,9 and TIMP-1,2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of EMs .Detection of MMP-2,9 and TIMP-1,2 in serum and peritoneal fluid has important clinical value to diagnostic , treatment and prognosis of patients with EMs .
