目的：探讨肾病患者血清胱抑素C（ Cystatin C，Cys C）水平和血肌酐（ Scr）的相关性。方法：将100例肾病患者分组：肾功能储备下降组25例，肾功能不全组28例，肾功能衰竭组25例，尿毒症组22例，同时设100例正常对照组。分别测定各组的血清Cys C、Scr水平，并将Cys C与Scr进行相关性统计学分析。结果：在肾功能轻度损害时，血清Cys C和Scr都升高，二者呈正相关（r＝0．942）。结论：血清Cys C和Scr一样都是反应肾损害的指标，在肾病的诊断和治疗中具有重要的临床意义。
목적：탐토신병환자혈청광억소C（ Cystatin C，Cys C）수평화혈기항（ Scr）적상관성。방법：장100례신병환자분조：신공능저비하강조25례，신공능불전조28례，신공능쇠갈조25례，뇨독증조22례，동시설100례정상대조조。분별측정각조적혈청Cys C、Scr수평，병장Cys C여Scr진행상관성통계학분석。결과：재신공능경도손해시，혈청Cys C화Scr도승고，이자정정상관（r＝0．942）。결론：혈청Cys C화Scr일양도시반응신손해적지표，재신병적진단화치료중구유중요적림상의의。
Objective:Urinary inhibition on patients with kidney disease serum C (Cystatin C, Cys C) level and the correlation of ser-um creatinine (Scr).Methods:Set 100 patients with nephropathy into different groups: group of 25 cases with fallen renal function , group of 28 cases with renal dysfunction , 25 cases of renal failure group , 22 cases of uremia group , 100 cases of normal control group at the same time.Respectively, to determine the level of serum Cys C , Scr, in each group and conducted the correlation statistics analysis of Cys C and Scr .Results:In mild damage to the renal function , serum Cys C and Scr are increased , the two were positively correlated ( r =0.942).Conclusion:Serum Cys C and Scr are the reaction of renal damage index , in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease , hav-ing important clinical significance .
