目的：观察Nd：YAG激光治疗后发性白内障的的效果及并发症。方法：对76例（89眼）后发性白内障患者进行Nd：YAG激光后囊膜切开术，术后随访3～6个月，观察治疗前后视力变化及术后并发症。结果：89只眼均1次性击穿后囊膜，切开成功率达100％，增视率达97．8％。术后并发症主要有：前葡萄膜炎，短暂性高眼压和人工晶体损伤等。结论：Nd：YAG激光后囊膜切开术是治疗后发性白内障安全，有效的好方法。

목적：관찰Nd：YAG격광치료후발성백내장적적효과급병발증。방법：대76례（89안）후발성백내장환자진행Nd：YAG격광후낭막절개술，술후수방3～6개월，관찰치료전후시력변화급술후병발증。결과：89지안균1차성격천후낭막，절개성공솔체100％，증시솔체97．8％。술후병발증주요유：전포도막염，단잠성고안압화인공정체손상등。결론：Nd：YAG격광후낭막절개술시치료후발성백내장안전，유효적호방법。
Objective:To observe the effects and complications of Nd:YAG laser treatment for postoperative membrane cataract .Meth-ods:Totally 76 patients( 89 eyes ) with postoperative membrane cataract were included .All the patients were managed by capsulotomy of the posterior capsule opacity with Nd:YAG laser.The change of visual acuity and complications were observed and followed up for 3 to 6 months.Results:After treatments, the posterior capsules in all patients were opened and the visual acuity of 97.8% patients had im-proved .Complications include anterior uveitis , transient high intraocular pressure , intraocular lens injury .Conclusions:d:YAG laser cap-sulotomy is a safe and effective technique for postoperative membrane cataract .
