目的：探讨内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区老年高血压病特点及与心脑血管危险因素关系。方法：纳入内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区＞65岁高血压病患者2115例为高血压病组，纳入内蒙古霍林郭勒市农牧区＞65岁非高血压病患者810例为非高血压病组，通过门诊和住院病例看患者对高血压的了解情况，根据体格检查、实验室检查对患者血压、体重指数、血糖、血脂[低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]等数据情况研究数据。结果：高血压病组中高血压1～2级90.12%，高血压3级9.88%；单纯性收缩期高血压32.24%。在高血压病组中高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为80.80%、58.52%和24.68%，与非高血压病组相比，高血压病组血压、体重指数、血脂、血糖均高(P＜0.05)。结论：本市农牧区老年高血压以轻、中度为主，该群体对高血压病知晓率相对高，治疗、控制率偏低。农牧区老年高血压病患者因治疗、控制率低，又部分合并高血脂等，导致心脑血管疾病发病率升高。
目的：探討內矇古霍林郭勒市農牧區老年高血壓病特點及與心腦血管危險因素關繫。方法：納入內矇古霍林郭勒市農牧區＞65歲高血壓病患者2115例為高血壓病組，納入內矇古霍林郭勒市農牧區＞65歲非高血壓病患者810例為非高血壓病組，通過門診和住院病例看患者對高血壓的瞭解情況，根據體格檢查、實驗室檢查對患者血壓、體重指數、血糖、血脂[低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)]等數據情況研究數據。結果：高血壓病組中高血壓1～2級90.12%，高血壓3級9.88%；單純性收縮期高血壓32.24%。在高血壓病組中高血壓知曉率、治療率、控製率分彆為80.80%、58.52%和24.68%，與非高血壓病組相比，高血壓病組血壓、體重指數、血脂、血糖均高(P＜0.05)。結論：本市農牧區老年高血壓以輕、中度為主，該群體對高血壓病知曉率相對高，治療、控製率偏低。農牧區老年高血壓病患者因治療、控製率低，又部分閤併高血脂等，導緻心腦血管疾病髮病率升高。
목적：탐토내몽고곽림곽륵시농목구노년고혈압병특점급여심뇌혈관위험인소관계。방법：납입내몽고곽림곽륵시농목구＞65세고혈압병환자2115례위고혈압병조，납입내몽고곽림곽륵시농목구＞65세비고혈압병환자810례위비고혈압병조，통과문진화주원병례간환자대고혈압적료해정황，근거체격검사、실험실검사대환자혈압、체중지수、혈당、혈지[저밀도지단백(LDL-C)、총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)]등수거정황연구수거。결과：고혈압병조중고혈압1～2급90.12%，고혈압3급9.88%；단순성수축기고혈압32.24%。재고혈압병조중고혈압지효솔、치료솔、공제솔분별위80.80%、58.52%화24.68%，여비고혈압병조상비，고혈압병조혈압、체중지수、혈지、혈당균고(P＜0.05)。결론：본시농목구노년고혈압이경、중도위주，해군체대고혈압병지효솔상대고，치료、공제솔편저。농목구노년고혈압병환자인치료、공제솔저，우부분합병고혈지등，도치심뇌혈관질병발병솔승고。
Objective:To explore the relationship between features of senile hypertension and cardiovascular risk factors of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia.Methods:2115 patients with hypertension that more than 65 years old of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia were as the hypertension group.810 patients with no hypertension that more than 65 years old of farming and stockbreeding areas in Huolinguole City of Inner Mongolia were as the control group.The knowledge of hypertension of patients was realized by the cases of the outpatient and inpatient.The patients' blood pressure,body mass index,blood glucose,blood lipid[low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)] were discussed by physical examination and laboratory examination.Results:In the hypertension group,hypertensio Ⅰ ~Ⅱ in 90.12% ,hypertension Ⅲ in 9.88% ,simple systolic hypertension in 32.24% .In the hypertension group,the awareness rate of hypertension,treatment rate,control rate were 80.80%,58.52% and 24.68%.Compared with the control group,the blood pressure,body mass index,blood lipid,blood sugar of the hypertension group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:In farming and stockbreeding areas of our city,the mild and moderate is main of senile hypertension.The awareness rate of hypertension of this group is relatively high,the treatment rate and the control rate are low.Due to the treatment rate and the control rate are low,and some patients combine with high blood lipid,the senile hypertension of farming and stockbreeding areas are easy with cardio cerebral vascular diseases.
