新升格高职院校的领导者在学校管理工作中必须具备相当程度的影响力，影响力可分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力，因非权力性影响力在总影响力中起决定作用，故提升学校领导者的非权力性影响力对增强其领导能力具有重要作用。文章论述了学校领导者非权力影响力的构成要素、区别与联系及主要作用，进一步提出了提高高职院校领导者非权力性影响力的对策。

In the management of newly upgraded higher vocation-al colleges, leaders should possess considerable degree of influ-ence which can be divided into authority influence and non-au-thority influence, and the latter play a decisive role in the total influence, so the improvement of college leaders' non-authority influence is important for the strengthening of their leadership. This paper elaborates the components, differences and relations, and major roles of college leaders' non-authority influence, and further puts forward the countermeasures of improving higher vo-cational college leaders' non-authority influence.
