基于复杂网络理论,对ADHD患者进行功能连接分析对研究ADHD病理具有重要意义。这一过程中,阈值的选择是至关重要的。本文研究了不同阈值下ADHD患者大脑拓扑特性和健康人的差别,并以K均值聚类分析结果为依据找出比较合适的阈值,为阈值选择提供依据。

It is important to conduct brain functional connection research in ADHD based on complex network to study the pathology of ADHD. The selection of threshold is crucial in this process. In this paper, the difference of brain topological charac-teristics between ADHD patients and healthy people is studied. Furthermore, a relatively suitable threshold is found based on the results of the k-means clustering analysis, thus providing a basis for threshold selection.
