目的：探讨组织胶水在门诊整形手术伤口闭合的应用效果。方法：对51例整形患者手术后伤口采用组织胶水闭合伤口，通过复诊及电话随访3个月，了解患者伤口愈合情况及瘢痕情况。结果：组织胶水应用于整形手术伤口闭合具有很好的疗效。结论：应用组织胶水闭合整形术后伤口方法简单，疗效确切，术后瘢痕小，患者痛苦小，是整形术后闭合切口值得推广的方法。

목적：탐토조직효수재문진정형수술상구폐합적응용효과。방법：대51례정형환자수술후상구채용조직효수폐합상구，통과복진급전화수방3개월，료해환자상구유합정황급반흔정황。결과：조직효수응용우정형수술상구폐합구유흔호적료효。결론：응용조직효수폐합정형술후상구방법간단，료효학절，술후반흔소，환자통고소，시정형술후폐합절구치득추엄적방법。
Objective:To investigate the tissue glue application effect in surgical wound closure in outpatients department. Method:51 patients with orthopedic surgery wound tissue had glue closed wound. Through subsequent visit and telephone follow-up for 3 months,patients with wound healing and scar were observed. Results:Tissue glue application has a good effect on the plastic operation wound closure. Conclusion:Application of tissue glue closure plastic surgery wound method is simple,has exact curative effect,with little scar postoperatively,small anguish. So it is worthy of promotion in plastic wound closure methods.
