在不同的钒(V)胁迫浓度(0、25、50、100和200 mg· kg -1)条件下,通过40 d盆栽试验,研究了枸杞植株对V积累及V对枸杞叶中细胞膜透性、抗氧化酶活性,以及丙二醛( MDA)、脯氨酸( Pro)、叶绿素和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,枸杞中各部位V含量分布大小的顺序依次为根>叶>茎。随着V浓度增大,过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量等呈先上升、后下降的变化趋势,当 V 胁迫浓度≤100 mg · kg -1时,与对照组相比, CAT和POD的活性、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量分别增大了227.9%、76.2%、40.2%和117.4%;当V胁迫浓度>100 mg· kg -1,则分别降低了5.1%、5.8%、22.8%和36.7%。在不同浓度V的处理下, MDA含量、细胞膜透性和 Pro 含量比对照分别增加了13.3%~220.7%、12.4%~76.9%和69.7%~276.3%。可见,低浓度V (<100 mg· kg -1)刺激了叶绿素和抗氧化酶活性的增加,促进了植物可溶性蛋白质的合成;高浓度V (≥100 mg · kg-1)破坏了叶绿素结构,抑制了抗氧化酶和可溶性蛋白的合成,膜脂过氧化作用和细胞膜透性显著增大,游离脯氨酸含量明显增加。

재불동적범(V)협박농도(0、25、50、100화200 mg· kg -1)조건하,통과40 d분재시험,연구료구기식주대V적루급V대구기협중세포막투성、항양화매활성,이급병이철( MDA)、포안산( Pro)、협록소화가용성단백함량적영향。결과표명,구기중각부위V함량분포대소적순서의차위근>협>경。수착V농도증대,과양화경매(CAT)화과양화물매(POD)활성、협록소함량화가용성단백함량등정선상승、후하강적변화추세,당 V 협박농도≤100 mg · kg -1시,여대조조상비, CAT화POD적활성、협록소함량화가용성단백함량분별증대료227.9%、76.2%、40.2%화117.4%;당V협박농도>100 mg· kg -1,칙분별강저료5.1%、5.8%、22.8%화36.7%。재불동농도V적처리하, MDA함량、세포막투성화 Pro 함량비대조분별증가료13.3%~220.7%、12.4%~76.9%화69.7%~276.3%。가견,저농도V (<100 mg· kg -1)자격료협록소화항양화매활성적증가,촉진료식물가용성단백질적합성;고농도V (≥100 mg · kg-1)파배료협록소결구,억제료항양화매화가용성단백적합성,막지과양화작용화세포막투성현저증대,유리포안산함량명현증가。
Lycium barbarum seedlings were subjected to varying concentration (0, 25, 50, 100, 200 mg· kg -1) of vanadium (V) for 40 days to investigate the accumulation of V in Lycium seedling, the effects of V on cell membrane permeability, the antioxidant enzyme activities, contents of the chlorophyll, malondialdehyde (MDA), proline (Pro) and soluble protein in leaves of Lycium barbarum seedlings.The results showed that the accumulation of V in Lycium barbarum seedlings was as following: root>leaf>stem.The activities of per-oxidase (POD) and catalase ( CAT), the contents of chlorophyll and protein first increased and then de-creased with the increasing V supply levels.When V concentration was less than 100 mg· kg -1, the activities of POD and CAT, the contents of chlorophyll and protein increased by 227.9%, 76.2%, 40.2% and 117.4%, respectively when compared with the control. They decreased by 5.1%, 5.8%, 22.8% and 36.7%, respectively when V concentration was higher than 100 mg· kg -1.With different V stress, MDA content, cell membrane permeability and proline content increased 13.3%-220.7%, 12.4%-76.9% and 69.7%-276.3% respectively.The investigation shows enhanced activity of chlorophyll and antioxidant en-zyme, and synthesization of soluble protein when V stress level was less than 100 mg· kg-1.While the struc-ture of chlorophyll was damaged, membrane lipid peroxidization, cell membrane permeability and the content of free proline increased, synthesization of antioxidant enzymes and soluble protein was restrained when V stress level was higher than 100 mg· kg-1 .
