目的：探讨去股浅动脉交感神经化治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎（TAO）的效果。方法回顾分析本院自2013年1月至2013年8月间3例用常规动脉腔内球囊扩张术的同时施行血管腔内射频消融术的TAO病例，通过踝肱指数（ABI）、血管通畅程度等评判临床疗效。结果3例患者手术均成功，术后临床症状均有明显改善，ABI从术前的0.3、0.2和0.3上升至术后1.0、0.8和0.8。患者在随访期间临床症状保持良好，均无复发，CT血管造影显示动脉血流通畅。结论利用血管腔内技术射频消融去股浅动脉交感神经化治疗TAO，既可达到腰交感神经节切除的治疗效果，又可避免并发症的发生。但因例数较少，随访时间较短，其中远期效果仍有待于进一步的研究。
목적：탐토거고천동맥교감신경화치료혈전폐새성맥관염（TAO）적효과。방법회고분석본원자2013년1월지2013년8월간3례용상규동맥강내구낭확장술적동시시행혈관강내사빈소융술적TAO병례，통과과굉지수（ABI）、혈관통창정도등평판림상료효。결과3례환자수술균성공，술후림상증상균유명현개선，ABI종술전적0.3、0.2화0.3상승지술후1.0、0.8화0.8。환자재수방기간림상증상보지량호，균무복발，CT혈관조영현시동맥혈류통창。결론이용혈관강내기술사빈소융거고천동맥교감신경화치료TAO，기가체도요교감신경절절제적치료효과，우가피면병발증적발생。단인례수교소，수방시간교단，기중원기효과잉유대우진일보적연구。
Objective To assess the effects of inhibiting the superficial femoral artery sympathetic nervous treating the thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO). Methods The data of 3 patients with TAO from Jan. 2013 to Aug. 2013, who underwent the inhibiting the superficial femol artery sympathetic nervous by radiofrequency ablation, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Three cases of operations were successfully completed and postoperative symptoms improved significantly. Ankle brachial index (ABI) increased from 0.3,0.2,0.3 preoperatively to 1.0,0.8,0.8 postoperatively. During the follow-up, there were no clinical symptoms of relapse. Computed tomographic angiography(CTA) showed lesion vassels patency. Conclusions The treatment of the inhibiting the superficial femoral artery sympathetic nervous by radiofrequency ablation not only gets the effects same as umber sympathectomy, but also prevents complication of lumbar sympathectomy. However, because of the small number of cases and short follow-up, long-term results should be further studied.
