以D-101树脂为吸附材料,研究不同条件下对蛇莓果实红色素的吸附和解吸性能.研究发现:静态吸附中上样液温度为30℃时的吸附量较大;动态吸附中上样液酸度为0.5%,吸光度0.179~0.224, pH1.0,流速2 mL/min时的吸附量大;用80%乙醇以2 mL/min的流速进行洗脱时,解吸效果最好;蛇莓果实色素纯化后色价提高了3倍左右,该研究条件科学合理,纯化效果很好.

A method for adsorption and desorption of the snake blackberry fruit pigment performance with D-101 macroporous resin was studied in different conditions. The results showed better performance for adsorption and desorption above the average sample liquid temperature 30℃. The appropriate dynamic condi-tions are:sample solution acidity is 0.5%, absorbance of pigments of sample is 0.179~0.224 and pH1, the ve-locity of flow is 2 mL/min;EtOH 80%is used as eluant and the velocity of flow is 2 mL/min. The colourity of pigments purification enhanced 3 times. In short, the study condition is rational and scientific, and the purifica-tion effect is very good.
