随着核电事业的快速发展，我国已出现应急计划区跨越两个或多个省份的核电厂址，但在跨省核事故应急联动协调方面缺乏相关经验。针对这一状况，本文结合我国核事故应急管理及突发事件处理要求，分析应急计划区跨省可能会对核事故应急联动协调所带来的问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的解决对策。

With the expansion of nuclear power ,there have been several NNP sites whose emergency planning zones cross two or more provinces in China .However ,little experience on nuclear accident emergency response cross provinces has been gained now .Aiming at this case ,this paper ,according to the requirements for nucle-ar accident emergency management and response , analyzes problems about nuclear accident emergency re-sponse and coordination which may result from trans-boundary emergency planning zone ,and then puts forward relevant countermeasures to solve these problems .
