目的：分析评价中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎是否有助于提高疗效。方法：随机设置治疗组52例及对照组57例，前者用中西医结合治疗，后者单用西医治疗，二者间进行疗效比较。结果：中西医治疗组治愈率96.2%，单纯西药组治愈率为82.5%，中西医结合治疗组疗效好于单纯西药治疗组（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎取得了显著疗效。

목적：분석평개중서의결합치료궤양성결장염시부유조우제고료효。방법：수궤설치치료조52례급대조조57례，전자용중서의결합치료，후자단용서의치료，이자간진행료효비교。결과：중서의치료조치유솔96.2%，단순서약조치유솔위82.5%，중서의결합치료조료효호우단순서약치료조（P<0.05）。결론：중서의결합치료궤양성결장염취득료현저료효。
[Abstruct]Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on ulcerous colonitis. Methods:All patients were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine ( IT CWM ) group ( n =52) and Western medicine ( WM ) group ( n=57) . Routine treatment was given in WM group. While routine and TCM treatment were in IT CWM group. Results:The over all effective rate in IT CWM group was 96.2%and in WM group was 82.5%.IT CWM group than that in WM group. There w as marked difference between the two groups (p<0. 05) .Conclusion:Treating ulcerous colonitis by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical effect.
