目的:检测急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清淋巴毒素-α(LTA)水平,探讨其在不同类型ACS患者血清浓度变化及其在ACS发生、发展中的作用。方法:将74例ACS患者分为ST段抬高型ACS 35例,非ST段抬高型ACS 39例,另取13例冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果正常者作为对照。采用Elisa法测定各组血清LTA浓度并分别进行比较。结果:ST段抬高型ACS(ST-ACS)患者组血清LTA浓度高于非ST段抬高型ACS(NST-ACS)患者组(204.54±125.17 ng/ml vs 128.40±66.11 ng/ml,P<0.05),ST-ACS患者组血清LTA浓度高于CAG正常组(204.54±125.17 ng/ml vs 43.01±35.06 ng/ml,P<0.01)、NST-ACS组患者血清LTA浓度高于CAG正常组(128.40±66.11 ng/ml vs 43.01±35.06 ng/ml,P<0.01)。三组两两比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:LTA可能促进ACS患者冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂与血栓形成。

Objective:To investigate the change of Lymphotoxin alpha(LTA) in the patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS),and to explore its contribution in the development of ACS . Methods:Seventy-four patients with diagnosed ACS through coronary angiography(CAG) were divided into 35 cases of ST elevation myocardial infraction(STEMI), 39 cases of non-ST elevation myocardial infraction(STEMI) and 13 cases of normal angiography serves as control group. The serum concentrations of LTA in the patients with ACS was detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay way. Results:The concentrations of LTA in the patients with ST-ACS group were higher than in the patients with NST-ACS group(204.54±125.17 ng/ml vs 128.40±66.11 ng/ml ,p<0.05), The concentrations of LTA in the patients with ST- ACS group were higher than the normal group(204.54±125.17 ng/ml vs 43.01±35.06 ng/ml, p<0.01 ) ,The concentrations of LTA in the patients with NST-ACS group was higher than the normal group(128.40±66.11 ng/ml vs 43.01±35.06 ng/ml, p<0.01 ), Three sets of pairwise comparisons were statistical y significant .Conclusion:LTA may promote coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture and thrombosis in the patients with ACS.
