本试验根据硫化胶的再生理论、橡胶补强理论、橡胶共混相容性理论开展研究。优化了配方、工艺条件、生产设备,创新性提出了新型再生橡胶及制作方法,并制作出了高品质再生橡胶。生产过程无污染、能耗低、自动化程度高。制作的再生橡胶与天然橡胶等原胶共混后,胶料性能不降低,甚至某些性能比原胶胶料还要好。
本試驗根據硫化膠的再生理論、橡膠補彊理論、橡膠共混相容性理論開展研究。優化瞭配方、工藝條件、生產設備,創新性提齣瞭新型再生橡膠及製作方法,併製作齣瞭高品質再生橡膠。生產過程無汙染、能耗低、自動化程度高。製作的再生橡膠與天然橡膠等原膠共混後,膠料性能不降低,甚至某些性能比原膠膠料還要好。
