目的:探讨对专科护生实施自制静脉穿刺训练法结合视频教育,提高专科护生的静脉穿刺一针见血率,提高患者满意度。方法:对48名护理专科生(观察组)采取自制静脉穿刺训练法结合视频教育,并与往届采用传统的穿刺带教方法进行静脉穿刺一针见血率的比较,病人对专科护生的满意度的比较。结果:实验组护生静脉穿刺一针见血率及病人对专科护生的满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:对专科护生实施自制静脉穿刺训练法结合视频教育,提高专科护生的静脉穿刺一针见血率,提高了护理专科生的临床操作能力,提高患者满意度。

목적:탐토대전과호생실시자제정맥천자훈련법결합시빈교육,제고전과호생적정맥천자일침견혈솔,제고환자만의도。방법:대48명호리전과생(관찰조)채취자제정맥천자훈련법결합시빈교육,병여왕계채용전통적천자대교방법진행정맥천자일침견혈솔적비교,병인대전과호생적만의도적비교。결과:실험조호생정맥천자일침견혈솔급병인대전과호생적만의도현저고우대조조(균P<0.01)。결론:대전과호생실시자제정맥천자훈련법결합시빈교육,제고전과호생적정맥천자일침견혈솔,제고료호리전과생적림상조작능력,제고환자만의도。
Objective:To explore the implementation of college nursing students by venipuncture training method combined with video education, improve the venipuncture pierce to the heart of the matter of college nursing students rate, improve patient satisfaction. Methods:48 nursing students of Junior College (observation group) take self-made venipuncture training method combined with video education, and with the previous traditional puncture teaching methods were compared vein puncture, pierce to the heart of the matter rate, comparison of col ege nursing students' satisfaction of patients. Results:the experimental group students venipuncture pierce to the heart of the mat er ratio and patients of col ege nursing students' satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:on the implementation of col ege nursing students by venipuncture training method combined with video education, improve the venipuncture pierce to the heart of the mat er of col ege nursing students rate, improve the ability of clinical practice nursing students, improve patient satisfaction.
