目的：分析小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床特征，探讨其发病机制、诊断要点及治疗方案和用药安全性。方法：通过对本院2000-2012年59例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿的临床症状、体征、实验室检查及腹部 B 超检查进行分析，随机分成两组，对照组29例，观察组30例，两组均采用必要的退热和解痉等常规处理后，对照组在常规基础上使用阿奇霉素静滴10mg/kg/d，连用3-5天，口服利巴韦林颗粒10-15mg/kg/d。观察组在常规基础上使用阿奇霉素静滴10mg/kg/d，连用3-5天，甲硝唑磷酸二钠0.45g，q12h 静滴，连用7天，口服利巴韦林颗粒10-15mg/kg/d，四磨汤10ml/次，tid，口服连服7天观察两组患儿的总有效率。结果：治疗后观察组症状、体征改善时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.01），总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。结论：四联用药的治疗方案对儿童肠系膜淋巴结炎具有理想疗效，临床上建议进一步推广。

목적：분석소인장계막림파결염적림상특정，탐토기발병궤제、진단요점급치료방안화용약안전성。방법：통과대본원2000-2012년59례장계막림파결염환인적림상증상、체정、실험실검사급복부 B 초검사진행분석，수궤분성량조，대조조29례，관찰조30례，량조균채용필요적퇴열화해경등상규처리후，대조조재상규기출상사용아기매소정적10mg/kg/d，련용3-5천，구복리파위림과립10-15mg/kg/d。관찰조재상규기출상사용아기매소정적10mg/kg/d，련용3-5천，갑초서린산이납0.45g，q12h 정적，련용7천，구복리파위림과립10-15mg/kg/d，사마탕10ml/차，tid，구복련복7천관찰량조환인적총유효솔。결과：치료후관찰조증상、체정개선시간명현단우대조조（P＜0.01），총유효솔명현고우대조조（P＜0.01）。결론：사련용약적치료방안대인동장계막림파결염구유이상료효，림상상건의진일보추엄。
Objective:Analysis of clinical features of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.To investigate the pathogenesis. The main points of diagnosis and treatment and medication safety. To observe the two groups of children. Results groups of symptoms and signs, improve the time was shorter than the control group after treatment (P < 0.01), the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion the treatment of tetralogy of Fal ot with ideal curative effect on the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children, clinical suggest further promotion.
