在综合研究河南省太行山旅游资源概况的基础上，提出“南太行”旅游圈的概念，分析了建设南太行旅游圈的优势与劣势，认为建立南太行旅游圈的资源非常丰富并具有同质性，建设旅游圈的基础牢固，合作前景光明。同时，找出了影响建立南太行旅游圈的因素，然后从管理体制改革、旅游法规体系建设、拓宽投融资渠道、提高从业人员素质、推出南太行旅游名牌、强化南太行整体概念和建立决策支持系统等角度提出了相应的对策。
재종합연구하남성태행산여유자원개황적기출상，제출“남태행”여유권적개념，분석료건설남태행여유권적우세여열세，인위건립남태행여유권적자원비상봉부병구유동질성，건설여유권적기출뢰고，합작전경광명。동시，조출료영향건립남태행여유권적인소，연후종관리체제개혁、여유법규체계건설、탁관투융자거도、제고종업인원소질、추출남태행여유명패、강화남태행정체개념화건립결책지지계통등각도제출료상응적대책。
Based on the comprehensive study of Taihang Mountains tourism resources in Henan Province,the author put forward the concept of Southern Taihang tourism circle,and analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the construction of Southern Taihang tourism circle. The research found that the establishment of South Taihang resources are abundant and homogeneity,and the foundation of constructing the tourism circle is very firm with the bright prospect for cooperation. Meanwhile,there are many factors that influence the establishment of southern Taihang. After the full understanding of the existing problems,the author’s viewpoint includes the following aspects:putting forward from the management system reform,building regulations system construction,expanding investment and financing channels,improving the quality of employees,launching the Southern Taihang tourism brand,strengthening the whole concept of Southern Taihang and building decision support system. This paper hereby would provide the beneficial reference to establish the Southern Taihang tourism circle,to realize the resources sharing,brand share,and true union between area.
