为了探究分布于大陆性气候的不同种源山桐子冬芽休眠特性,丰富冬休眠的理论和人工调控山桐子的生长发育提供理论依据,选取了江苏、湖南、江西山桐子苗进行了不同种源山桐子冬芽休眠影响的研究.结果表明:①分布于大陆性气候的山桐子具有冬芽休眠的特性.冬芽重新开始生长与所经历的低温有关,且只有经过低温之后冬芽才能生长.②不同种源山桐子顶芽有效低温不同.江苏和江西种源10℃低温效果最好,其次是5℃,而12℃以上低温效果不明显.③不同种源侧芽重新生长的有效温度基本相同,25℃效果最好.④15℃具有解除山桐子顶芽休眠的效果,但对顶芽的重新生长效果不明显.

In order to explore the winter buds dormancy characteristic of Idesia polycarpa from different provenances in continental climate area,and enrich the theory of winter dormancy,growth and development of I. polycarpa by artificial control. I. polycarpa seedlings from Jiangsu,Hunan,Jiangxi provenances were taken to study the effects on winter buds dormancy. The result showed that:①The character of winter buds dormancy existing in I. polycarpa distributed in continental climate area. The re-growth of winter buds in I. polycarpa correlates with chilling periods. The winter buds did not resume growth without undergoing enough chilling. ②I. polycarpa terminal buds from different provenances sprout in different valid low temperatures. The best effect was 10℃for Jiangsu and Jiangxi, followed by 5 ℃;the effect was not obvious above 12 ℃. ③The effective temperature was basically the same for lateral buds re-growth,25℃was the best.④The dormancy of terminal buds in I. polycarpa can be broken in 15℃, but the effect was not obvious on terminal buds re-growth.
