通过对相关文献和史籍的研究，深入了解中国妇女体育的发展状况。妇女体育的发展折射出妇女社会地位和社会文明的进步程度，中国的妇女体育已逐步摆脱从属地位回归女性本位，但是完全回归的实现还有待于全社会的共同关注和努力。

In this paper, the development condition of female physical activities in China has been deeply examined through a study of related literature and historical documents. The development of female physical activities reflects the social status of women and the progress of social civilization. The female physical activities in China has gradually broken away from a subordinate role and returned to a female position, but the realization of a complete return needs a common attention and efforts of the whole society.
