建立带八级杆碰撞/反应池(ORS)电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)同时测定婴儿配方奶粉中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Mo、Cd、Hg和Pb元素的分析方法。样品经微波消解后,在线加入内标元素6Li、45Sc、72Ge、89Y、115In和209Bi有效消除了基体效应。选用4.5 mL/min的He气作为碰撞反应气有效消除质谱干扰。结果表明方法中各元素的检出限在0.002 mg/kg~1.7 mg/kg,精密度优于3.97%,回收率为93%~112%,标准参考物质的分析结果令人满意。

To established the analysis method for simultaneous determination of trace elements Na ,Mg,K,Ca,Cr,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Cd,Hg and Pb in infant formulae by eight pole collision/reaction pool (ORS)-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). After microwave digestion to the samples, internal standard element 6Li,45Sc,72Ge,89Y,115In and 209Bi were chosen to join online to effectively eliminate the matrix effect, and the 4.5 mL/min He was used as the collision reaction gas to effectively eliminate spectral interference. The results showed that the method detection limits of elements were in range of 0.002 mg/kg-1.7 mg/kg , and were lower than the national standard of corresponding elements in milk powder in the limit standards. Precision was better than 3.97 %, and the recovery rate was in range of 93 %-112 % and the analysis of standard reference material got the satisfactory results. This method is simple , rapid and accurate.
