通过对出口蔬菜中常见高频农药残留气相色谱-质谱测定所使用的提取溶剂、固相萃取柱吸附剂类型、淋洗液的种类和用量等主要因素进行优化和选择，系统确立了结合使用SAX/PSA净化剂等前处理方法和检测仪器的选择方法及其监测离子选择，明确了分析保护剂种类及配比，前处理技术好于GB/T19648-2006和多个实验室使用的方法。
