基于1949～2010年历史热带气旋资料，对热带气旋生成、发展、强度变化、登陆等特征进行分析研究，初步形成定量化描述热带气旋生成、发展和影响的一些特征指标，并将这些定量化特征指标在防汛防台风工作中逐步投入业务应用，提高了对热带气旋监测预测和信息服务的能力。
基于1949～2010年歷史熱帶氣鏇資料，對熱帶氣鏇生成、髮展、彊度變化、登陸等特徵進行分析研究，初步形成定量化描述熱帶氣鏇生成、髮展和影響的一些特徵指標，併將這些定量化特徵指標在防汛防檯風工作中逐步投入業務應用，提高瞭對熱帶氣鏇鑑測預測和信息服務的能力。
기우1949～2010년역사열대기선자료，대열대기선생성、발전、강도변화、등륙등특정진행분석연구，초보형성정양화묘술열대기선생성、발전화영향적일사특정지표，병장저사정양화특정지표재방신방태풍공작중축보투입업무응용，제고료대열대기선감측예측화신식복무적능력。
Utilizing historical data of tropical cyclone from 1949 to 2010, a series of characteristics related to tropical cyclone were studied and analyzed including origination, development, intensity variation and landing. Based on the results, quantificational characteristic indicators were established. These characteristic indicators have been applied into flood control and typhoon prevention management to improve the ability of predicts tropical cyclone monitoring and information services.
