目的：探讨足跟部皮肤恶性肿瘤切除后皮肤软组织缺损利用足底内侧皮瓣转移进行修复的方法并评价其疗效。方法对11例足跟周围皮肤恶性肿瘤患者病变局部扩大切除后，在肿瘤边界完整切除的基础上，皮肤软组织缺损采用足底内侧皮瓣转移进行修复。结果11例均获随访，时间10个月～6年。转移皮瓣均成活，外形满意，感觉恢复，足及足趾活动良好，未见肿瘤复发。结论足底内侧皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤恶性肿瘤切除软组织中小面积缺损疗效较好。
목적：탐토족근부피부악성종류절제후피부연조직결손이용족저내측피판전이진행수복적방법병평개기료효。방법대11례족근주위피부악성종류환자병변국부확대절제후，재종류변계완정절제적기출상，피부연조직결손채용족저내측피판전이진행수복。결과11례균획수방，시간10개월～6년。전이피판균성활，외형만의，감각회복，족급족지활동량호，미견종류복발。결론족저내측피판수복족근부피부악성종류절제연조직중소면적결손료효교호。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of medial plantar sensate flap for the reconstruction of skin and soft tissue defect in retrocalcaneal skin malignant neoplasm. Methods Eleven cases of retrocalcaneal skin malignant neoplasm were accepted.Medial plantar sensate flaps were used to reconstruct the tissue defects after the neoplasms were thoroughly removed with safe margin.Results Al patients were fol owed up for 10 to 72 months.Al flaps survived and achieved normal sensation.No recurrence of neoplasm was observed in these patients.Conclusions Medial plantar sensate flap is an effective and reliable solution for the reconstruction of skin and soft tissue defect in retrocalcaneal skin malignant neoplasm.
