目的：探讨人文关怀在门诊护理中的应用价值。方法：收集门诊患者3566例作为观察组，同时收集门诊患者2994例作为对照组，对照组进行一般的护理。观察组在对照组的基础上进行人文关怀。结果：观察组满意度97.6%，对照组满意度70.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：加强人文关怀可以提高患者的满意度，提高护理质量和临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the value of application of humanistic care in outpatient service nursing.Methods:3566 outpatients were selected as the observation group,and selected 2994 cases of outpatient as the control group at the same time.The control group were given general nursing.The observation group were given humanistic care based on the control group.Results:In the bservation group,the satisfaction was 97.6%;in the control group,the satisfaction was 70.0%,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:We can improve the patient satisfaction,the quality of nursing and clinical efficacy by strengthen the humanistic care.
