为了快速定量测试Viloft纤维和聚酯纤维混纺产品的纤维含量,分别测试了Viloft纤维和聚酯纤维在70%~80%硫酸中,经不同温度、不同时间处理后的溶解性能和纤维损伤系数d,分析试验数据后得出每克试样加入100 mL浓度为70%~80%的硫酸,在90~100℃水浴条件下,连续震荡5 min快速定量测试Viloft与聚酯混纺产品是可行的。对快速测试法的测试结果,采用t检验和F检验分析后证明无显著性差异。

In order to the composition of the viloft and polyester blended fiber rapidly and quantitatively, disso-lution performance and fiber damage coefficient of fiber are tested respectively after treatments made under different temperatures and in different time periods in 70%~80% sulfuric acid. Based on the experimental results, it can be concluded that it is feasible to test the contents of viloft and polyester blended fiber rapidly and quantitatively by means of shaking 5 minutes in 90~100 ℃ water bath after adding 100 mL 70%~80% sulfuric acid to one gram of sample. The test results verify that there is no significant difference between this rapid quantitative analysis method and the standard method after analysis of t test and F test.
