目的：探讨品质圈（质量控制小组，QC）活动在提高神经外科健康教育质量中的应用。方法通过成立健康教育改进小组，利用品质圈活动方法，确立提高神经外科患者健康教育质量为活动课题，随机对60例住院患者及家属进行现状调查，分析神经外科患者健康教育知晓率低的原因，制订相应的对策并组织实施，再进行效果检查。结果通过品质圈活动，有针对性地对患者进行健康教育，增强患者接受治疗和护理的顺应性，减少并发症，提高患者的生活质量及自我保健能力，同时也提高了护士的业务水平及整体素质。结论品质圈活动在神经外科患者健康教育中取得了满意的效果，也提升了优质护理服务。
목적：탐토품질권（질량공제소조，QC）활동재제고신경외과건강교육질량중적응용。방법통과성립건강교육개진소조，이용품질권활동방법，학립제고신경외과환자건강교육질량위활동과제，수궤대60례주원환자급가속진행현상조사，분석신경외과환자건강교육지효솔저적원인，제정상응적대책병조직실시，재진행효과검사。결과통과품질권활동，유침대성지대환자진행건강교육，증강환자접수치료화호리적순응성，감소병발증，제고환자적생활질량급자아보건능력，동시야제고료호사적업무수평급정체소질。결론품질권활동재신경외과환자건강교육중취득료만의적효과，야제승료우질호리복무。
Objective To study the quality circle(quality control team, QC) activities in the application of improve the quality of neurosurgery health education. Methods:through health education to improve team established,using the method of quality circle activities, random 60 hospitalized patients and their families present situation investigation, analyses the reason of neurosurgery patients health education awareness and check ef ect again. Results:through quality circle activities, targeted health education to patients, enhanced patients receiving treatment and care of compliance,reduce the complications and improve the patient's quality of life and self-care ability,but also improve the business level of nurses and the overal quality. Conclusion:the quality circle activity in neurosurgery patients health education achieved satisfactory ef ect,also increased the quality of nursing service.
