目的：为了缩短手术体位安置时间。方法制做各类体位软枕，标识清晰，定位定套管理，采用循环程序，缩短手术体位安置时间。结果通过6个月的实施与效果检测，取得明显成效，将特殊手术体位的安置时间由原来的8~10min缩短至4~6min。结论改进工作质量，提高护理工作的效率，从而缩短手术时间，提高手术医生的满意度。
目的：為瞭縮短手術體位安置時間。方法製做各類體位軟枕，標識清晰，定位定套管理，採用循環程序，縮短手術體位安置時間。結果通過6箇月的實施與效果檢測，取得明顯成效，將特殊手術體位的安置時間由原來的8~10min縮短至4~6min。結論改進工作質量，提高護理工作的效率，從而縮短手術時間，提高手術醫生的滿意度。
목적：위료축단수술체위안치시간。방법제주각류체위연침，표식청석，정위정투관리，채용순배정서，축단수술체위안치시간。결과통과6개월적실시여효과검측，취득명현성효，장특수수술체위적안치시간유원래적8~10min축단지4~6min。결론개진공작질량，제고호리공작적효솔，종이축단수술시간，제고수술의생적만의도。
Objective In order to shorten the time of operation position placement. Methods Making al kinds of postures soft pil ow, clear identification, positioning management, using recycling program and shorten the time of operation position placement. Results Through the implementation of the six months and ef ect test,we have achieved significant results and put the time of special position from 8~10 minutes to 4~6 minutes. Conclusion It wil help to Improve the quality of our work and the ef iciency of nursing work, so as to shorten the time of operation and increase the surgeon's degree of satisfaction.
